Welcome to Reformer Tech Solutions & Accessories Ltd (RC: 9478237). We are committed to providing quality products and professional repair services. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or requesting a service.

1. Device Repair Services

Repair Assessment

All devices submitted for repair will be inspected and diagnosed before repair work begins. Customers will be informed of the repair cost before approval.

Repair Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on eligible repair services. The warranty covers only the specific fault repaired and does not cover:

Physical damage
Water damage
Power surge damage
Software issues caused by third-party applications
New faults unrelated to the original repair

Refunds on Repairs

Due to the nature of repair services, labor charges are generally non-refundable once repair work has commenced.

Refunds may only be considered if:

Payment was made but repair work was not started.
We determine that we are unable to complete the agreed repair.

2. Mobile Phones, Tablets & Other Devices

Returns

Customers may return devices within 7 days of purchase if:

The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
The item is returned with its original packaging and accessories.
The device has not been physically damaged or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Devices

Returns will not be accepted for:

Devices damaged after purchase.
Devices with broken screens, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Devices sold as used, refurbished, or clearance items unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

3. Accessories

Accessories may be returned within 3 days of purchase if:

The item is defective upon purchase.
The item remains unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging is provided.

Accessories damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Spare Parts

Due to the sensitive nature of electronic spare parts, all sales of spare parts are final.

Returns will only be accepted where:

The wrong part was supplied by Reformer Tech Solutions.
The part is proven defective before installation.

Installed, altered, or physically damaged spare parts cannot be returned.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped or repair work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to:

Back up all personal data before submitting devices for repair.
Remove passwords where necessary.
Inspect products upon collection or delivery.

Reformer Tech Solutions & Accessories Ltd shall not be liable for loss of personal data, software issues, or pre-existing device conditions.
